Review Bandai HG 1/144 Astray Green Frame

Hello gundam fans, this time i’ll review Astray Green Frame.

Astray Green Frame or MBF-P04 pilloted by Trojan Noiret (トロヤ・ノワレ Toroya Noware) in  Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Frame Astrays.

Head

Normal astray head with green ‘V’ color but lack of detail.

Body & Backpack

Still normal astray with different body color. The backpack is not detachable but has articulation.

Arm

These arms really solid and good articulation.

Hands

3 hands, 2 for holding beam saber  and 1 for beam rifle or twin sword rifle.

Lower Body

Really a disappointing lower body from this gunpla, no articulation at all because it made from only 2 parts.

Leg

Nice and solid legs with quite amazing detail and good articulation.

Weapon

Standard astray shield,beam rifle and beam saber. But this gunpla comes with a signature weapon called Twin Sword Rifle. This weapon can change into 3 mode, rifle,sword and axe although the hand cannot grab this weapon in axe mode. TvT

Articulation

The arms and leg can rotate 360 degree, but bend 90 degree only. The feet can bend pretty well. The backpack articulation is very limited, it only move form back to lower body.

Pro :
– Rock solid
– Unique weapon ~ (y)
– Get decal

Con :
– Lack of detail
– On block for lower body

I’m hope. green frame will geting remaster like red,blue or gold frame…

Review Bandai HG 1/144 Strike Noir

Well, this my first gunpla review

Strike Noir or GAT-X105E pilloted by Sven Cal Bayang (スウェン・カル・バヤン Suwen Karu Bayan) in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED C.E. 73: STARGAZER(機動戦士ガンダム·シード C.E.73 スターゲイザー Kidō Senshi Gundam SEED C.E. 73: Stargazer).

Parts :

Head

The head was quite good for me, black version from Strike(GAT-X105).

Body

The body slight different from Strike(GAT-X105).

Arm

Nice shoulder and black wrist protector.

Hands

3 type of hand for Sword, Gun and for Rocket anchor.

Lower Body

Good front skirt, both of them move separately but back skirt cannot move at all.

Leg

Standard leg from Strike(GAT-X105) with different color.

Backpack

Great backpack with so many pose possibility. This backpack can also plug into Strike(GAT-X105), and this backpack is my favorite.

Weapon

Nice beam blade but not very compatible with it’s hand. I really like the small beam rifle because its look cool for dual wielding. The beam rifle also have nice detail. A wire for rocket anchor. Rocket anchor can plug into hands, feet, and backpack

Articulation

The articulation is limited. The arms and legs can only bend 90 degree. The waist can rotate about 270 degree(can move 360 degree if you detached the front skirt).The backpack’s articulation is very amazing its because 3 joints for each wing.

Pro and Con :

Pro :
– Amazing backpack articulation
– Nice detail for the beam rifle
– Free Stand ~ Yay

Con :
– Tend to break apart easily
– Loose joint
– Lack of detail on Strike-e it self
– Bad sticker for body
